Sur Raspberry, omxplayer est le seul lecteur de vidéos qui fonctionne ... donc penser à en faire le lanceur par défaut pour les .mp4 etc.


Soucis

omxplayer plante assez souvent et/ou est impossible à arrêter. En fait ce serait simplement du à un manque de mémoire graphique (GPU).

Par défaut, sur RPI3B/Raspbian la mémoire GPU est a 64MB. Il faut la passer à 128MB où 256MB, via préférences/Config du RPI

Par ailleurs, omxplayer est très peu convivial. En particulier l'écran reste inébranlablement en avant-plan.

Mais, il y a au moins une interface sensée arranger les choses :
